Public Company «NPO «Digital Television Systems» is a contract manufacturer of radio-electronic equipment. We offer production and assembly of radio-electronic equipment of all varieties and for every purpose, from consumer electronics to highest quality medical apparatus and devices for the military. Our plant supports full production cycle, starting with board surface mount to assembly of a finished product, testing and packing. Public Company «NPO «Digital Television Systems» is a full member of the Radio-Electronic Equipment Manufacturers and Traders Association and participates in the National Program of switch of broadcasting to a digital format.

The plant is equipped with two surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly lines with combined capacity of up to 400 000 components per hour.

  • The next generation pick and place SMT machine Fuji NXT II is capable of performing the most difficult and delicate tasks regarding the surface-mountable components;
  • The Orbotech automatic optic inspection system and NUTEK laser marking system jointly control the accuracy of solder paste spreading and components placement;
  • The production quality control system includes incoming components control, intermediate quality checks and finished product quality control;
  • Through-hole technology and surface mount technology (SMT&THT).
  • The production quality control system includes the incoming components control, the quality check during the production process and the control of output product quality
  • We offer high speed fully automated SMT mounting as well as both automated and manual through-hole components mounting. All processes conform to the Third-class requirements of the IPC-A-610D international standard.

Final assembly system

We provide the services of final assembly of electronic products and consumer electronics devices as well as testing and packing.
